A stay needing improvements
loud air conditioningdisinterested staff
My stay had some issues. The air conditioning made constant loud noises, hindering sleep. the staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns at check-out. They did not ask about my stay. I think that a hotel with such a strong history should focus more on improving current guest satisfaction. I expected better service.

the location was very central. the hotel had a distinct historical feel. our room was spacious, meeting expectations for a beautiful city view room. the bed provided good comfort. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection with different cuisines. i noticed fresh fruits. homemade yogurt was also available. overall the breakfast options presented good variety and freshness, for a pleasant start to the day.

amazing locationplastic curtainloud air conditioning
the location was amazing.
The room felt quite outdated. the bathroom grout looked pretty rough, and the shower had this weird plastic curtain, not GREAT! the air conditioning rattled LOUDLY all night. It kept me awake.
